Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawBase ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ClawBase is operated by ClawBase ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

ClawBase provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI agents. Each user receives a dedicated virtual machine running an isolated instance of OpenClaw. We handle provisioning, updates, backups, and infrastructure management.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to AI agents
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Generate content that exploits minors or promotes violence

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and Cryptomus (cryptocurrency).

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until their next renewal.

6. API Keys & Third-Party Services

You are responsible for any costs incurred through LLM API keys you provide (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). ClawBase encrypts your keys at rest but is not responsible for charges incurred by your AI agent's usage of third-party APIs.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not access the content of your AI agent's conversations or data stored within your agent.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your agent VMs will be stopped and data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
